These terms apply when you use the Kraveo apps and website. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Kraveo.
1. What Kraveo is
Kraveo is a platform that connects customers with campus kitchens and independent delivery partners. Restaurants prepare the food; delivery partners bring it to you; Kraveo provides the software and support that connect the two. Kraveo is launching at VIT Bhopal and features may change as we grow.
2. Your account
- Customers sign in with a Google account and complete a short profile. Keep your details accurate.
- Restaurant and delivery partner accounts are created by Kraveo and must be used only by the person they were issued to.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access.
- If you are under 18, use Kraveo only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
3. Orders, prices and payment
- Menu items and prices are set by the restaurants. Totals, including any delivery fee, are shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay using the methods shown in the app. Kraveo does not see your card or UPI credentials.
- An order is confirmed when the restaurant accepts it. A restaurant may decline an order, for example if an item has run out.
- If an order is cancelled before it is accepted, or it cannot be fulfilled by the restaurant or by us, you will be refunded to the original payment method. Other refund requests are looked at case by case; contact us through the details below.
4. The gate code
Every order has a one-time code. Share it only with the delivery partner at your drop point, and only when you are receiving your order. Anyone who has the code can collect the order.
5. Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break or probe it, or use it for anything unlawful.
- Don’t place false or prank orders, abuse restaurants or delivery partners, or use another person’s account.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or put others at risk.
6. Restaurants and delivery partners
Restaurants are responsible for the quality, safety and legal compliance of the food they prepare, including any licences required. Delivery partners must follow campus rules and deliver orders safely and on time. Partners act independently and are not employees of the customer.
7. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Kraveo running, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Kraveo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

9. Changes and ending
We may update these terms or the service. If a change matters, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app. You can stop using Kraveo and delete your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
